Terms and Conditions
Paul Marsden’s Remote Learning Classroom
1. Online Delivery & Platform
- All lessons will be conducted via the Zoom video conferencing platform.
- Clients are responsible for installing the Zoom application or accessing the provided links via the Zoom web portal.
- Advice and technical guidance on using Zoom can be provided prior to lessons if required.
2. Attendance, Security & GDPR
- All students must connect at least 5 minutes before the scheduled start of the lesson.
- Due to GDPR regulations, only registered students are permitted to join a lesson.
- Zoom login details are strictly confidential and must not be shared with anyone else.
3. Payment Terms & Refund Policy
- All lessons must be paid for at least 1 week in advance.
- Refunds will only be given if the lesson is cancelled by Paul Marsden.
4. Required Registration Data
To register for lessons, the following information must be provided in advance:
• Full Name
• Age
• Current School Year
• Full Name
• Contact Phone Number
• Email Address
5. Group Rates & Assessment Structure
- The standard rate for a 50-minute lesson is £30 for 1 to 5 students (joining on either the same or separate connections).
- Please contact directly to discuss custom arrangements for larger groups.
- Assessments can be provided after every block of 6 sessions at a cost of £15 per student.
